While herbs are often thought of and used in terms of topical and internal applications, aromatherapy and inhalation have their own unique set of benefits as well.  Herbal Inhalers are wildly popular in Thailand (where they are known as Yadom) and are traditionally used to support a wide variety of conditions, including congestion, headache, mental fog, and more.  This "Grounding" blend is particularly beneficial for finding stillness amidst swirling motion, like calming the mind with racing thoughts and even supporting dizziness and nausea.

Herbal inhalers are small, compact, and are meant to be carried with you on the go to use as needed throughout the day.  Breathing in the aroma of crushed spices soaked in menthol and camphor is a heavenly afternoon pick me up!  It helps clear out physical and mental congestion, and I always feel lighter and more at ease after taking some time breathing it in.

All of our herbal inhalers use the same base formula of spices, which give them a similar base aroma.  For each variation, I add a few special ingredients to make it unique and offer slightly different benefits.

The best travel companion

I take the grounding inhaler with me when I stay overnight elsewhere. It brings me anxiety relief from airplanes, strange hotel rooms, and the stress of traveling.
