Ingredients: Sustainably Wildcrafted Douglas Fir, Ceylon Cinnamon, Ginger, Star Anise
Directions: Simmer 3-4 tablespoons of herbs in 4 cups of water for 10-15 minutes. Strain, and add liquid to warm foot bath. Soak feet 10-20 minutes. Perfect for unwinding before bedtime! For external use only.
