About Us
Hello! My name is Kristin. I'm a Thai Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and the Owner and Maker here at Abundant Earth Herbals. I created this line of products for two reasons:
1) My strong desire to harness the healing power of herbs and present them in a way that my family, friends, massage clients and I could use and enjoy on a daily basis.
2) I wanted to start taking better care of my skin but I am insanely picky about body care products.

I mean, how hard is it to find all natural self care products that you love and work for your sensitive skin, am I right?
So I started making my own products with my favorite herbs, spices, resins and butters and I fell in love with self care. Everything here is made with whole plants, not just essential oils, to create safe and gentle formulas with less side effects that can be enjoyed by all. (Even the pickiest and most sensitive folks like myself.)
Integrating herbs into my daily life keeps me feeling grounded, connected and at ease. We can't always spend all day outdoors in nature, but using herbs for self care always seems to bring nature indoors to me. I believe it is powerful medicine for the body, mind and spirit. I hope you enjoy these products as much as my family and I do!
